Number three in the Monuments series of solo / side project releases. This is an album of arpeggiated synths, gently shuddering drones, and billowing loops from guitarist Matt (with help from his Basic Design alter ego). Alternately cosmic and pastoral, the nine tracks sway from the reverbed rays of Bees Of The Invisible to the crushed lo-fi 4/4 of First Kiss Of April, via the title track's Noveller-esque guitar swells.

For fans of Emeralds, Shinichi Atobe, Biosphere, Susumu Yakota etc.

This is gorgeous and 100% setting the tone for my autumn... Reminds me of albums I loved in the early aughts like His Name is Alive's Stars on E.S.P. and Black Box Recorder's England Made Me, both of which remind me of long autumnal road trips in Wisconsin as a teenager.
